Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
